It is pretty much allergy free, no nuts or eggs, the only thing is gluten, and sugar...if you are allergic to sugar like my hips are! :p Oh and dairy.
2 crushed weetbix
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
185g melted butter
1. Combine all ingredients and press into a baking tin
2. Cook in a slow oven (165 C) for 20 mins. Do not go over 20 mins.
3. Mark out fingers while still hot and cut through completely when cool.
