We woke up this morning to a frost bitten town, it was lovely. Although I am saying that from the perspective of a stay at home mum who only has to walk outside to take the kids to the bus stop!
Sunday's homecooked meal was a Lamb Roast. I am starting to think that my hips are not going to like this challenge as I am making so much yummy food, and it just needs to be eaten!
Lamb Roasts are pretty easy. We just coat the lamb in some olive oil, a little bit of salt and add some garlic and rosemary. This week we added a cup of red wine and cooked it under foil in the tray.
It was delicious.
Add some roast vegies and you have the most awesome and wholesome dinner ever!
